BOATING
Starting in January 2008, Washington boaters 20 years old and under will need to have their cards with them when operating a boat. State Parks is planning to start making cards available in the spring of 2006 for persons who have already taken courses approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) and State Parks.
